Hello, my name is Andrew
Thanks for popping over. The shortest honest version: I help businesses get found by the right people, I have been doing it since the late nineties, and I still get a genuine buzz from it.
I’ve spent my whole working life up close and personal with one of the most fascinating, often baffling corners of the internet. Search has changed almost beyond recognition in that time. The bit that has not changed: behind every business is a person who wants their work to be seen by the people who need it. That is the job, and I love it.
At my core, I’m a creative. That’s the reason I started Yeseo. I wanted to build an agency that mixed original thinking, enthusiasm and curiosity with data and scientific rigour. There’s absolutely a place for analysis and evidence, but there should always be room for instinct, imagination and ideas that might sound daft until they work beautifully.
“If you want to work with a good bloke, who has loads of integrity, without the BS, then Andrew is your man.”

What I actually do all day
Mostly, I am a second pair of eyes on other people’s businesses. I audit websites properly, fix what needs fixing with my own hands, write words that sound like the humans who own the business, and take the phone call before the big decision rather than the post-mortem after it. If that sounds useful, the long version is on the co-pilot page.
I also speak at events and guest on podcasts, about visibility, trust, AI and the strange business of being human on the internet.
The community bit
One of the biggest ideas behind Yeseo is community resilience. We’re here to help our clients grow in a way that makes them stronger, more confident and better equipped for whatever the world throws their way. As part of that, we regularly do pro-bono work through Suffolk Pro Help and support charitable causes with donations and meaningful support.
I’m a firm believer that an ESG policy should be part of the operations manual for a business.
Outside the day job
I’m usually making stuff. Music, podcasts, daft YouTube videos, films, fiction, non-fiction, zines. I play bass guitar in bands and write and record my own music. Creativity is the common thread in everything I do. It’s how I work, how I play and, most importantly, how I make sense of the world.
