A second pair of eyes on your business
The simplest way of describing what I do is this: I’m a second pair of eyes on your business.
Most owner-led businesses have nobody in that seat. You make every marketing decision alone, sense-check ideas against your own instincts, and find out whether you were right by spending the money. It works, mostly. It is also lonely, and the mistakes are expensive.
Co-pilot is the fix for that. An experienced partner alongside the business: someone who knows your website, your customers and your plans, who does the work that needs doing, and who you can ring before the next decision rather than after it.
A relationship, not a hire
You could hire a fractional CMO. That is a hire shape: a senior marketer, part-time, sitting in your structure.
Co-pilot is a relationship shape. I am not on your org chart. I am the experienced person alongside the owner: fixing what needs fixing, advising on what comes next, picking up the loose ends that fall between everyone else’s job descriptions. Some weeks that is deeply technical SEO work. Some weeks it is talking you out of a rebrand, or into one. The work flexes with the business, because that is what businesses actually need.
What it looks like in practice
- Regular contact. Not a monthly report and silence. We talk often enough that I know what is going on in the business, and you never wonder what I am doing.
- The work gets done. I do the implementation myself: the words, the code, the user experience, the fixes. Not a list of recommendations for someone else to ignore.
- The phone call before the decision. New website? Price change? Odd email from a marketing company promising the earth? Ring me first. That call has saved clients more money than any keyword ever earned them.
- An honest read on the numbers. Measured from your own analytics, explained in plain English, including when a number has gone the wrong way. How we measure.

Who it suits
Owner-operators who want an experienced second opinion and do not have one internally. Typically you run a business somewhere between half a million and a few million turnover, marketing is one of nine hats you wear, and you are tired of being the only person in the room who cares whether it works.
If you would rather hand the whole thing over and see results without being involved, that works too. Plenty of clients prefer us simply running the programme and reporting back, and we are happy doing it. But co-pilot is the shape I built this business around, because it is the shape that owner-led businesses keep asking for once they know it exists.
From £1,800 a month
That is the floor, not a menu price with a discount hiding behind it. The exact figure depends on what your business needs, and we set it together after the audit, which is credited against your first month.
We publish our prices because most agencies will not, and we think that tells you something about them. How we price everything.
One more thing: I never work with two clients who might be competitors. If we work together, I am not working for your rivals. One business per niche, full attention.

No agenda, no pitch deck, no obligation. If co-pilot is not the right shape for you, I will tell you what is.
