Every client is on a different journey, with different opportunities and challenges. So explaining exactly how we might work with you is a bit difficult. Until we’ve rolled up our sleeves and got under the metaphorical hood of your website we won’t have a definite plan.
On this page we would like to show you what a customer journey might look like. This may be the best journey for you, or it may not. We put a lot of work into getting the best ROI for all our clients, your experience with Yeseo may or may not look something like this example.
The very start of your SEO journey
Saying hello and getting to know each other
After you first make contact we’ll book a meeting, probably using Zoom, so we can find out a bit more about you and your goals. This is also a good opportunity for you to get a feel for how we communicate and what it might be like to work with Yeseo.
Initial (free) SEO report (in plain English!)
Looking for SEO opportunities just for you
Now we know a bit about your business and what you want SEO to achieve for you. We will create a free report looking into what opportunities there might be available for you if you choose to work with us.
At this stage, we also take a look a look at the market you operate it and your competitors. We want to be sure that SEO is the right tool for the job, and that there is plenty of opportunity for you to see good return on your investment.
We do not charge for this initial report because; it is often in the form of a short video, in plain non-tech language, just for you,
We send you a proposal
After you have had a look at your free report, and probably had a chat with us about it, we will send you a proposal.
The proposal details the areas we will focus on, what the deliverables of our work will be and the KPIs we will report on. All written in plain English.
After reading the proposal you sign up with us and we get to work!
You can sit back and let us take care of business for you. We’ll need your occasional input, mostly for your experience and industry expertise, but we’ll mostly just ‘get on with it’.
We can’t make promises about how quickly you’ll see improved rankings. Every website has different challenges, and every industry has different opportunities. So we look for ‘quick wins’ at the start of every project and do everything we can to improve rankings as swiftly as possible.
