A proper audit, not a traffic-light PDF
Most SEO audits are software. A crawler runs over your website, a PDF lands in your inbox with four hundred red and amber scores, and everyone quietly agrees never to open it again.
Ours is not that. The Yeseo audit is a full examination of how your business shows up in the world: search, technical health, conversion, user experience, and how AI tools describe you when someone asks. It is grounded in a proper conversation about your business before we look at a single page of your website, and it ends with you knowing exactly what to do next and why.
Delivered in two sessions, deliberately
A full audit produces more than anyone can absorb in one meeting. Dumping it all on you at once is how audits end up ignored. So we split the delivery, and the split is a feature.
Session one: headline alignment. We present the headlines. No task list yet. The purpose is to make sure our read of your business matches how you want to be represented and found, before any work list lands. If we have understood you properly, and we usually have, the heavy payload gets booked there and then.
Session two: the working session. You get the full findings, prioritised by what matters most to your business, reordered around what resonated in session one. We walk through it together: what we found, what it means, what to do about it, in what order.
What you actually receive
Behind the scenes, the full audit goes into an incredible amount of detail. That document stays internal, because handing it over raw would be handing you homework.
What you receive is built from it:
- A consolidated report in plain English. What we found, what it means for your business, no jargon, no filler.
- An action deck. The what and the why, in priority order.
- A prioritised task list, honestly marked. Every task is labelled either something you can do yourself, like Google Business Profile updates and content tweaks, or something that needs a practitioner, like technical fixes and iterative content strategy. That is accuracy about capability, not manufactured dependency. Plenty of clients do the self-serve tasks themselves and come back for the rest.
What happens after
Two honest paths, and we are relaxed about which one you take.
You do the work. Take the task list and run. We book a progress review a couple of months out, walk through what got done and what stalled, and you decide what happens next.
We do the work. Move into an ongoing engagement, either co-pilot or fully managed delivery, and the task list becomes month one of the plan.
Either way, the audit stands on its own. It is not a teaser for a retainer.
From £1,950
Always “from”, because the size and complexity of your website changes the size of the job, and we will give you an exact figure before you commit to anything.
If you go on to work with us on an ongoing basis, the audit fee is credited against your first month. The audit becomes free in effect, and you were never buying a pitch.
Who this is for
Owner-managed businesses that have had some success and hit a ceiling. If you have been burned by an audit before, or you have a nagging feeling your website is underperforming and nobody has ever explained why in words you recognise, this was built for you.
The first conversation is free
Before any audit there is a conversation. No agenda, no pitch deck, no obligation. If an audit is not the right next step for you, we will say so.
