This post will be slightly different from the Yeseo website’s others. We usually offer SEO advice or discuss the challenges we have helped our clients overcome. But for this article, I would like to write something personal.

I started my company in 2001; I was in my early twenties and had just left a job in London to set myself up as a freelancer. I chose the name ‘Web Care Takers’, and started to dislike the name almost immediately!
When anyone starts a new company, they climb a steep learning curve. The first lesson I learned was to choose the company name very carefully, which is why we put so much thought into naming ourselves Yeseo.
The second lesson I learned, in a very positive way, was the importance of referrals.
From the beginning, I knew that offering a personal, professional and passionate service was at the heart of everything we do. I have always wanted clients to stick with Yeseo because they get the results they need and because we are a pleasure to work with.
The fact that almost all of our clients have been collaborating with us for many years shows that we must be getting something right. In fact, as I go back through the company records, the clients who didn’t work with us for many years were often clients we worked with on specific projects, rather than on an ongoing basis.
So what?
So I think Yeseo is great. So what? I would say that, wouldn’t I? When I sat down to write this blog post, I wanted to find a way to show you what other people think of us.
I pasted the words from every review we have on Google into a word cloud generator. I figured this would give me an idea of what our clients like about working with Yeseo. Here’s the word cloud:

When I look at the list of words in the cloud, there are many that I would expect to see represented in the reviews of any beloved company.
But one phrase appears more often in our reviews – ‘Recommend’, closely followed by ‘always’ and ‘highly’. I don’t think I’m making a huge leap of faith if I claim that our clients ‘always highly recommend’ us to others.

Many of our clients at Yeseo are introduced to us by our existing clients. I started my own company because I wanted to democratise the power of SEO and share knowledge and enthusiasm with everyone we meet. The number of referrals we enjoy is a testament to the hard work and positive attitude of every member of the Yeseo team.
But this post isn’t about us patting ourselves on the back. This post is about thanking all the clients who have helped us grow by referring us to their networks, their friends, and in some cases, their families!
